We are committed to being a force for good in our communities. We understand that this commitment makes a broader impact which is why our employees devote their energies to causes that matter most to them, to their communities, and to those individuals who are most in need.
2023 Impact Report
We invite you to download a copy of our Corporate Impact Report, which covers calendar year 2023. This report includes details on the progress we are making across numerous benchmarks, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee satisfaction, and philanthropic support.
We encourage our employees to pursue their passion through our Volunteer Time Off Program. Employees volunteer in many ways, from mentoring and building affordable housing, to providing financial education and packaging food. We understand that volunteering requires a time commitment which is why we are proud to offer our employees 16 hours of paid volunteer time off each year. Volunteering is a great way for our employees to network with colleagues from across our company and can be a great career-enhancing opportunity to develop skills outside of an employee’s day-to-day role.
The CrossFirst Cares Program represents our initiatives and efforts in supporting the diverse thoughts, ideas, and perspectives of our employees and their well-being.
Our spirit of employee giving is also championed through our Generous Giving program. Through this program, we offer every employee the opportunity to provide financial support to a worthwhile cause by matching up to $500 per employee gift, per year. Our Generous Giving program is designed to give our employees additional resources to make a difference in people's lives,
