WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

CrossFirst Bank uses standard industry software to collect information about your visit to our website. We use this data to create summary statistics and to determine the level of interest in the information provided on our website. The information collected includes:

DIRECT COLLECTION

LOG FILES

Like most standard website servers, we use log files. INDIRECT COLLECTION – SOCIAL MEDIA

CrossFirst Bank provides experiences on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn®, which enable online sharing among users who have registered to use them. Any content you post, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any personal information that you make available to other participants on these social platforms, is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those platforms. When you use social networking platforms and plugins, you share your information with them and their privacy policy applies disclosure of such information. In addition, they may be able to collect information about you, including your activity or may notify your connections on the social networking platform about your use of the bank's websites. Such services may allow your activity to be monitored across multiple websites for purposes of delivering more targeted advertising. WEBSITE TRAFFIC

We use Google Analytics™ to help us analyze how visitors use and browse our website, so we can make it efficient and useful. EMAIL AND EMAIL ADDRESSES

Regular non-encrypted Internet email is not secure. Messages sent from our “Contact Us” link on our website are not secure and should never contain any personal or sensitive information such as account numbers, passwords or balance information. Our Bankers will never reply back to these email messages with confidential customer information. If we need to relay confidential or personal information to you via email, we will use our encrypted, secured email process which will require you to set up a secure username and password to access the email.

Email addresses provided to us at the time of account opening may be used to provide bank contact information, account features, or products that are provided with your new account. You may opt out of receiving information of this nature at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of these emails. All online banking customers enrolled in Online Banking have provided us with specific personal information at the time of enrollment, and we have provided them with our Online Banking Disclosures.
