Mobile Privacy Statement

What we do with your personal information from the mobile banking application (app) and why we need it.

 

When you use the mobile banking app for the first time, certain access to information will be requested, including location, camera, contacts, and other items specific to the features you use.
It is important that you understand:

  • Before accessing the information, you will be prompted to provide permission to access the information.

  • You have the option to decline access.

  • You can update the permissions in your device’s settings at a later date.

  • Alerts about important activities and certain changes to your digital banking account will be sent to the email address you provide.

  • The app stores records of past and scheduled payments.

  • For security purposes, any communications you send regarding your account should be sent through secure messaging within digital banking or through an encrypted email.

 
What access is needed and require your permission:

  • Camera: required for mobile deposit

  • Biometrics: required for user identification

  • Location: required for mapping

  • Contact List: required for use of Zelle® contact import. This information is only shared with Zelle®.
