Women Who Lead in Aviation and Manufacturing, Morgan Littell, Director, Business Aviation Finance


Morgan Littell, Director, Business Aviation Finance for CrossFirst Bank was recently recognized by the Wichita Business Journal for Women Who Lead in Aviation and Manufacturing. With more than 25 years of experience in the business aviation industry, her impact has been both in financing, and direct, working in aircraft manufacturing, private charter and maintenance, repair and overhaul. Her true passion is in developing and growing the Business Aviation vertical in banking to support the growing needs in the industry. Morgan credits mentors of all ages and backgrounds that have encouraged her to take every opportunity to earn “keys of knowledge” that have opened doors of opportunity along the way. When asked about advice she’d give to someone entering the industry and looking to advance, she told the Wichita Business Journal, “If your dream job isn’t available, get as close as you can. Then, work your tail off and network with people who can help you get where you want to go.”

20 in Their Twenties, Kevin Hogg, Portfolio Manager, Sponsor Finance


Kevin Hogg, Portfolio Manager in CrossFirst Bank’s Sponsor Finance group was recently honored in the 2024 class of 20 in Their Twenties by Ingram’s Magazine. This annual feature recognizes the achievements of young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurially minded individuals in the Kansas City area. Kevin displayed a high growth propensity beginning in college. Recently, he helped secure more than $200 million in debt capital for clients’ acquisitions. Working on complex high-dollar financing could be daunting for most 27-year-olds, but Kevin is always ready for a challenge. He said, “Personal and professional growth lies beyond comfort. These deals involved creatively articulating a vision to the bank group about what each company will look like in 5-10 years and outlining their path to get there.” Kevin is also leading as a volunteer in the Kansas City community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City - Loan Corp. and serves on the Young Ambassador Board for The Children’s Place.
